1. Register for an account

Setting up an account takes a matter of minutes and is completely free. There are no annual costs or subscriptions - you simply pay for each EPC you order.

To sign up:

• Register for your free account
• Complete our Direct Debit Mandate and fax it back to us on 01572 723655
• We will then activate your account so you can begin ordering straight away

2. Order

Ordering an EPC is simple. You just and fill in the required property information using our easy, single-page order form, then we'll handle all the rest from there.

3. Sit back and wait for your EPC

We will arrange for an energy assessor to make contact with your client and assess the property. As soon as the EPC is ready, we will email it to you in PDF format.

Our average turn-around time for an EPC is just 4 working days, depending on availability and access to the property.
